En caso de cancelar a menos de 24 horas de su reserva o de no aparecer, se cobrará una cantidad fija de € por persona. En caso de cancelar a menos de 7 de la reserva en grupos de 6 o más personas, se cobrará el 100% de los menús reservados. La reserva se completará si está de acuerdo con las disposiciones indicadas anteriormente y nos autoriza, de manera irrevocable, a cobrar estas cantidades en su tarjeta de crédito.

Why do we want to know your data?

The reason we ask for your personal information is obvious. With a table reservation it is important for us to know whether the right person is also assigned the reserved table. We want to know your telephone number in order to pass on any changes, cancellations, errors, or other circumstances, to you. All this to avoid disappointments.

When you book a hotel room we ask your address and telephone number to complete and manage your booking. In the event of an emergency, we can inform the emergency services who could be present at our hotel at that moment. They can then inform the home front more easily. So it is largely for your own safety. But of course also to go through and implement any ambiguities, changes, adjustments, ... together with you.

If you make a reservation with us via the website, we will confirm this with an e-mail. We also use your e-mail address to send a newsletter, only if you have given permission. If you do not wish to receive a newsletter anymore, you can indicate this via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

HCR De Kroon Account

Through our website you can create your own "Kroon Account". This contains your personal details. Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and log-in details. Convenient, you do not have to enter this information every time.

Reviews

You can help other guests with your review. By sharing your experiences, you give other guests an even better picture of your experiences, our service and hospitality. We place your review on our own website.

Fraud prevention

We prefer to trust everyone, unfortunately this is not always possible. If we receive (very) strange / suspicious guest data when registering, we are forced to pass this on to our government authorities. All this to investigate, investigate and counter fraud.

To pay your hotel reservation (in part) we use a secure payment environment. After a transfer, your data will be stored in our administration in order to link your payment to the hotel reservation.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:

If you use a credit card during the payment process, your credit card details are sent directly from our secure environment to Worldline / Paysquare. They carry out our credit card payments. We do not see your credit card details, Worldline only tells us whether your payment has been successful.

Worldline guarantees that the privacy legislation is complied with and that your personal details are treated and processed in the strictest confidence. With regard to the processing of transactions, Worldline is designated as the controller.
